If something isn’t your cup of tea, we’re here to make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, exchange, or store credit.

Tried it and don’t love it?
Totally okay. If you’ve brewed a cup and the blend isn’t for you, reach out within 30 days. We’ll help with an exchange or store credit so you can find a better match.
Damaged, wrong, or missing items
Please inspect your order on arrival and email us right away if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll fix it—replacement, refund, or credit.
Exchanges
Want something different? The fastest route is to start a return, then place a new order for the item you want. We’ll process your return as soon as it arrives.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you an update. If approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days. (Your bank or card may need a little extra time to post it.)
